Alvin Hollis recently replaced a furnace in my home. Everything was completed on time and the service was impeccable. This is a very solid, reputable company with high standards. Over the many years, AH has installed furnaces, central air conditioning, hot water tanks, and at times provided plumbing services in my home. Oil delivery and maintenance is always dependable.

We had been a client of Alvin Hollis many years ago so when we wanted Mini Split Heat Pumps installed we immediately thought of them for a quote. John G. Called us back immediately and promptly visited our house in Braintree to survey our property, make some suggestions and provide his thoughts . The quote was provided within 24 hours . We made our decision to choose them to do the job and then waited for the weather to cooperate . Within a month John had the 3 man crew out to install the system , which was completed the same day. The guys were both professional and prompt . They were very clean and respectful of our home. They also too the time to show us how the system worked and told us about the minimal care and attention it would require . The electrician was both personable and efficient . A very neat job. John then followed up with the rebate paperwork. Then we received a very pleasant phone call from Bonnie inquiring about our level of satisfaction . We couldn’t be more pleased with their service !!! And Bonnie had Joe contact us regarding future oil deliveries and service , at our request. I cannot recommend Alvin Hollis enough , we have been extremely pleased and satisfied

We never worry about our home heating and plumbing infastructure. For years Chuck and Alvin Hollis have always had our back. Whether it's pinhole copper pipe leaks from rockland water, the System2000 heating system upgrade when the 1961 furnace was ready for the Great Beyond, routine faucet replacement, or anything else we've asked them to do, we have always had an excellent experience.

Their techs have always had excellent customer facing skills as well as top notch trade skills. In the event they're seeing a problem for the first time they have a backup mentor they can access for questions so they don't get stuck in a time consuming trial and error problem solving nightmare.

This is the best company to work with. They installed my HVAC system 40 years ago and I have used them ever since to maintain my system. They are always prompt, always pleasant, and always knowledgeable.

This week, after 40 years, I replaced my air conditioning system. The installation team was excellent. Installed, cleaned up, and took the old system away. They were polite, respected my home and belongings and left everything neater than when they arrived!

For years, my husband and I have wanted to put radiant hot water heating under our ceramic tile kitchen floor, and breakfast area of our 1930s home. This was the year it happened. Alvin Hollis was the most logical choice for project. They have been a trusted name in the business for years /very reputable, knowledgeable, competent, and personable. The installers had a tall task, cutting hundreds of the nails that came through the original floor in order to secure the tubing to it. Some areas were in crawlspaces. They arrived on time, kept me apprised as the project progressed and remained cordial and positive through a very labor-intensive process . I can’t say enough about the installers . They were very professional, validating my confident in choosing Alvin Hollis.. We now have radiant heat throughout the kitchen. I couldn’t be more happy. Finally warm feet!

Alvin Hollis has taken care of my home since my husband and I moved here fifty-five years ago. Our oil is delivered automatically and I never have to worry about running out. They also service all my heating and AC equipment every eighteen months. We finally had our old oil tank replaced recently. It was here when we moved in. Our service tech had been warning us for a year or two so it was no surprise. The techs did a wonderful job putting in the new one and cleaned up perfectly.
